What's my address and phone number

Quick update about the craziness going on around my house. My husband and I have been very busy making my 4 year old daughter a cottage bed.

I need to add some planter boxes to the front to put her stuffed animals in, but oh so cute!!!

Beause all this house stuff going on, I thought what a great time to give you a FREEBIE. How many of your students do NOT know their address or phone number? Yep, I hear ya! So I thought what better way to get some Daily 5 writing in or Literacy writing station.

click the picture for a freebie!

Hope you like it... Leave me a comment on your thoughts! Dont forget to follow my blog :)

  1. Your daughter's bed is adorable! =)

Thank you for the great *freebie* too! Now if we could only get the parents to tell us when they get a new number....

    1. My daughter (and secretly my 8 yr old son) is enjoying her new bed. I so agree with you on phone numbers. Please keep the same number for the sake of your child ;)I am thinking of having a section on their calendar that goes back and forth each day that says "update info". OOOOh, next blog idea :)

  2. What a great idea to add to writing center! I love the bed. It reminds me of the Christmas that my husband and I made our daughter a Castle style loft bed. I started with a loft bed idea from FamilyFun and then we built it in with arched doors and windows with shutters. She had a little house, media area underneath with her little foldout couch. She loved it so much that she only let us finally take it down last year when she was 13! We had some long days and nights those few days before Christmas eve, but it was worth it when she came home from Grandma's and saw it.

  3. Hi there!

I am your newest follower! I love your pasta noodles! How in the world do you dye them? I've been meaning to do that for a few years now and am just not that adventurous!

    1. Maureen- I actually borrowed ;) the idea of coloring noodles from Michelle over at http://inspiredbykindergarten.blogspot.com Like you, I saw it done but didnt know how.

I did see an idea on pinterest to boil water and noodles and add food coloring to the water. Not sure how that would work.
